As an End of Life Doula I am here to offer support, guidance, resources and education for your end of life planning.

From making sure your paperwork is in order to sitting bedside in the final hours, I am here to not only help logistically, but can also help ensure your end of life wishes are honored.

No matter what your age or how eminent death is, everyone should have a plan. One of the best gifts you can leave your loved one is a clear plan.

Making the decisions before the crisis occurs and communicating those wishes to those you love can help ensure your final transition is as stress-free as possible for everyone involved. 

I believe we just need to do better when it comes to death and dying. Conversations and exploration are always good first steps.
